Delivery of samples is common for us, but production of a gauge is not so common.
This entry check tool was made from aluminium (EN-AW 6005A T6). Low series production. Only two for left and two for right profiles.
After that the milling of the aluminium parts, the parts were grey anodised 15 µm. All products met the measurement criteria by 100%.
