One of the biggest fairs in Eastern Europe for production technology MSV Brno.
International and national manufacturers of industrial production technology were present at the fair. This year the focus was on the digitization and support of entire production processes, including the simulation of errors. Digitalizace 4.0 and Tovarna 2.0 were therefore the key words. There were also several stands with 3D printing that has recently undergone a major development. Now trace-free printing is possible by preheating the material and correct post-treatment in a machine.
Of course, the conventional machines were not missing. In particular, the mechanization has been further developed and most hydraulic presses are equipped with a robot arm.
There were many novelties, such as a control table that ensures 100% control of the products by cameras. The camera recognizes the finished product and compares it with the drawing. Small deviations are signaled, which prevents errors.
