Lasercutting

Completely automized lasercutting of metal parts.

We cooperate with laser centers with a capacity up to 14 mm and sheet size of 2000 x 3000 mm.
In addition to that, we offer the following equipment:
Trumpf Laser L2530 3.2 kW and format 1250 x 2500 mm and a plate thickness of max. 5 mm laser.

Amada LC1212 1.5 kW and plate size 1250 x 2500 mm and thickness up to 3 mm 2x.

Laser Combination Trumatic TC 6000L (laser punch machine) 2 kW plate size 1250 x 2500 mm and thickness max. 4 mm.

Stan Machine Trumpf T5000 with a sheet size of 1250 x 2500 mm and a thickness of max. 3 mm.

01

Laser

Laser cutting is an industrial processing technique. In the metal industry, mainly CO2 laser (with oxygen or nitrogen) is used. Laser cutting ensures a very fine cut and little material loss. By correctly placing the parts to be cut on a metal plate in advance, the steel can be optimally utilised. Laser cutting allows complex contours to be cut without complications, offering great freedom of shape. A logo or lettering can also be applied to the metal product using laser engraving. In cooperation we offer 3D laser cutting of pipe material.

02

Oxygen or Nitrogen Laser

Oxygen laser cutting This is the most widely used method due to its high speed and ability to cut thicker sheets. The disadvantage is the formation of an oxide film on the cut surface, which can make subsequent processing such as powder coating difficult. Metal products must therefore be degreased after cutting.

03

Nitrogen laser cutting

Nitrogen laser cutting produces a clean cut with no oxide flakes on the cut surface, which is ideal for stainless steel and aluminium. Although this method is more expensive due to the slower cutting speed and higher cost of nitrogen, it offers finer and higher quality cuts. In addition, a protective film can be used on stainless steel to protect the brushed surface during handling and transport

Complex parts cutting

If your design involves sharp bends or complex contours, the cutting process can be slower and more costly. In these cases, we offer a combination of laser cutting and punching to make production more efficient. The right technique is always chosen based on the drawing, the type of material and its thickness. As standard, we use oxygen laser cutting unless otherwise specified.

Quality control of metal parts

For BOHEMIA metal parts and our customers, quality is an essential part of our work. We perform technical controls of the by us delivered metal products and take care of the interests of our customers.

Production in the east of Europe

We also can cooperate with external quality experts to make sure that you get the right products in the right amount and from the right material. Our goal is an optimal assembling of the metal products at your site.
